- Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as in the kitchen, dining room, gym (which can also be fan cooled), library and games room. The sitting area and pool pavilion are cooled with overhead fans
- All bedrooms contain safety deposit boxes
- Laundry needs will be attended to by villa staff (using a local laundry service)
- 2 mountain bikes are available at the villa for guest use
- A gas barbecue is available
- Baby cot and high chair can be provided if required
- Parking space is available within the villa compound for self-drivers
- The villa has 100% generator backup in case of power failure
